Thank you for that.

Shows that even the best have their struggles. But those moments are what make us grow as individuals, and allow us to be ourselves. The body is a powerful alarm, the hard part is letting ourselves listen. That's the beauty of daily practice :)

(Even when you are pretty sure that you are well on your way to enlightenment) The lessons and opportunities just become a greater adventure with challenges that rise to the occasion. Conrats on rising to the challenge!

The latter choice. Once I realized my authenticity, I no longer had anything to explain. The true lesson was much more in realizing that in the moment I become aware of my judgments, I have an opportunity to connect with myself or with others to explore the reality of those perceptions.

As teachers, we want to be role models. As young conscious people, we don't want to take anything too seriously. In a strange way, it creates conflict....but you're right, that conflict only exists in our own minds. In my life, I have often let my desire to be perceived as a "good" teacher overtake my true desire to just be myself. No more. It's what this movement is about....and I'm excited that you're a part of it.

So you had the universe give you a reality check in letting you know you are still real, in a sense. This is invaluable as a teacher and student. People relate and even take comfort in knowing our most prized teachers still deal with very real aspects of being human with an earth address. It was and is very perfect!
